Description

Huawei smart string ESS shall be designed and manufactured according to IEC 62477-1 standard. And the noise level of Smart String ESS shall be complied and tested in accordance with ISO 3746 “Acoustics - Determination of sound power levels and sound energy levels of noise sources using sound pressure - Survey method using an enveloping measurement surface over a reflecting plane” and ISO 9614-1 “Acoustics — Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound intensity — Part 1: Measurement at discrete points”.

Test condition & Test method

The Smart String ESS sound level measurements are carried out at rated output voltage and rated frequency, and immediately after the background measurements, A-weighted sound pressure level measurements are carried out for each measuring position located around the energy storage system as detailed in the ISO 3746 and ISO 9614-1.
