"The logical certificate key is abnormal" troubleshooting guide
Introduction
This guide is dedicated to the problem with the logical certificate key that arises at the SmartLogger.
Issue description
The error occurs in the subsection "NMS connection status" of the Communication parameters of the SmartLogger
Due to this issue, it is not possible to connect the SmartLogger to the FusionSolar PVMS.
Tools
You should use local interface of the SmartLogger via PC connection
Troubleshooting steps
Please unzip the attached file and follow the steps below according to the graph
Step 1:Go to the Settings -> Communication parameters -> Management System
Step 2: Upload the files to the appropriate subsection
- Upload CA certificate file with ca_new.crt
- Upload local certificate file with client_new.crt
- Upload key file with client_new.key
Step 3: Click each Upload button
Step 4: Enable key password
Step 5: Set password "Changeme_123" and click "Submit"
Conclusion
With the uploading of the certificates please update SmartLogger with the latest software version.
