This section describes how to solve inconsistent time zone errors.
- You have logged in to the NetEco 1000S as the installer.
- You have added a device to the NetEco 1000S, and the device state is normal.
- Choose Monitor > choose the Smart Logger > Settings > Time Zone Parameter > check the time zone (set accordingly if you don’t set when the plant was commissioned)
- On the left panel, choose the PV plant level > Settings > Parameter Setting panel > Time Zone Settings > set the time zone of the plant the same like you set for Smartlogger > OK
If you can’t find the City in time zone list of the plant set both (Smartlogger and plant) with the same city with the same time zone from the area.
If the Smartlogger1000 has the firmware version V100R001C00SPC108 please ask support to provide you with the latest firmware in order to upgrade the Smartlogger1000 to solve the problem.
