Troubleshooting the Domain Name Resolution (DNS) on FusionSolar server

Some of the customers encountered DNS issues when they tried to connect their SUN2000L/SUN2000-L1, SUN2000 (3-20)KTL-M0, SUN2000-3-10KTL-M1, SUN2000-12-20KTL-M2 or SUN2000-30-40KTL-M3 inverters to FusionSolar servers.
