Mobile phone cannot connect to the built-in WLAN of the SmartLogger 3000
The customer reports that the mobile phone cannot connect to the built-in WLAN of the SmartLogger and cannot log in to the SmartLogger. However, the background computer in the central control room can log in to the SmartLogger WebUI.
After the customer restarts the SmartLogger onsite, the problem is solved, the mobile phone can be connected to the Wi-Fi network.
According to the customer's question, the SmartLogger3000 built-in WLAN module is enabled in idle mode by default. Power on the SmartLogger for the first time and wait to connect to the FusionSolar/SUN2000 APP. If the FusionSolar/SUN2000 APP is not connected, the WLAN module is automatically powered off after 4 hours.
Solution:
1. Press the RST button on the SmartLogger panel for 1s to 3s. After the WLAN module is powered on, the connection is normal.
2. Method 2: Log in to the WebUI as an Advanced user, choose Settings > Communication Parameters > Wireless Network, set the WLAN module to ON permanently, and change the name and password of the SmartLogger's built-in WLAN.
