Password Retrieval

If a user forgets the password, the user can retrieve the password by email or contact the company administrator to reset the password.

Prerequisites

You account is associated with a personal email address that has been verified. For details, see Associate Email Address.

Context

To ensure account security, change the password periodically and keep the new password in mind.

Procedure

1. Open a web browser, enter https://intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com in the address box, and press Enter. The login page is displayed.
2. Click . The Forgot password page is displayed.
3. Set Email and Verification code, and click Next. The email address verification page is displayed.
4. Click Send Verification Code and enter the obtained email verification code.
5. Click Next. The page for resetting the password is displayed.
6. Enter the new password and confirm the password, and click Submit. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
