Create or add an user
After an administrator or installer creates a user and adds the user to a role, the user has the rights of the role.
Prerequisites
You have permission to perform operations on Company Management.
Procedure
1. Choose
from the main menu.
2. Choose a company or subsidiary from the navigation tree on the left and click Add user.
NOTE
The mobile number entered can be used as the mobile number used to log in to the SmartPVMS.
4. Select a role to which the user belongs and click Next.
5. Select one plant, several plants or whole company associated with the user and click on blue button with arrow to add plant. The user will have acces only to selected plants with premissions as you specified in the previous step (installer, owner or guest).
6. Click Confirm.
After the user creating you can perform next actions as below:
- Modifying user information: Select the target user and click .
- Resetting user password: Select the target user and click .
- Deleting a user: Select the target user and click .
- Disabling a user: Select the target user and click .
- Enabling a user: Select the target user and click .
