If a password is lost, the device needs to be restored to factory settings. In these cases, the user is liable for any loss caused to the PV plant.
If you enter wrong passwords for five consecutive times in 5 minutes, your account will be locked out. Try again 10 minutes later
- Within 3 minutes after the SmartLogger is powered on and restarted, hold down the RST button (9) for more than 60s to restart the SmartLogger and restore factory settings.
- Use the initial password Changeme after the Smart Logger restarted and change it immediately after login. Then, use the new password to log in again and perform all settings as needed (see this instruction to Log in via LAN or WAN to the Web UI).
