The inverter is connected to the router but failed to connect to the FusionSolar management system.

Troubleshooting steps
First, you need to check the connection settings to the monitoring system.
After local connection to inverter and installer authorization in FusioSolar APP:
Step 1: Click Settings > Communication parameters > Management system settings
The domain name should be checked and set.

It could be the cause of the router blocking the connection.

Step 2: Settings > NAT Forwarding > Enable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play)
Verify the inverter connection to the management system in the FusionSolar APP.
