Plant Migration
This document describes how to complete the installation migration process.
The installations were created for testing puropses.
Procedure
1. Select "Plants" and then "Plant Migration".
2. Select "Create Migration Task" and then choose the installation.
3. Select "Migration type" and fill in the details below and confirm.
Intra-company - migration in one company.
Interp-company - migration between companies.
Company data: System -> Company Management -> Company info (individual data for each company)
4. Accept Plant Migration process on the second account (Plants -> Plant Migration -> To-Do -> Select installation -> Process).
Processing a Plant Migration Task
After the administrator creates a plant migration task, the owner user needs to approve the task in the app to complete the plant migration.
- On the home screen, choose .
- In the task list to be approved, tap the plant migration task to be processed, and then tap Process Request.
- If you agree to migrate the plant, tap Approve to start the migration.
- If you do not agree to migrate the plant, tap Reject.
When you migrate a plant, your personal account and associated plants will also be migrated to the new company.
